What is this Policy?
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy explains how VGINIUS ("we," "us," or "our") addresses copyright infringement matters and outlines the process for copyright owners to submit a takedown notice for content on our website.
Our Commitment to Original Content
At VGINIUS, we are deeply committed to respecting copyright and intellectual property rights. We want to state clearly:
All games on our website are either:
- Developed by our in-house team
- Properly licensed from game developers and partners
- Used with the explicit permission of the content owners
- Embedded through legitimate and authorized channels
We DO NOT:
- Copy or "scrape" games from other websites without permission
- Knowingly use content that we do not have the rights to
- Host pirated or stolen games
What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a copyright law in the United States that provides a "safe harbor" for online service providers like VGINIUS. It establishes a standardized process for copyright holders to request the removal of content they believe infringes upon their rights.

Our DMCA Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user or partner responsible for the content, providing them with a copy of the notice.
- Inform them about the process for submitting a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that submitting a false counter-notification can have legal consequences.
